I found the TeamGraphika website while searching "Affordable Logo Design Philippines" on Google. I thought it might be a good idea to check out the local logo design competition as I would eventually like to move my logo design company to the Philippines. I contacted their support email first to see if anyone was there and I didn't get a response. A short time later, I left my logo order in the cart and they were quick to contact me to see if they could help. They ended up upselling me to their Premier Logo package after hearing my project specifications. That package includes:

  • 12 Design Concepts
  • 3 Designers
  • Unlimited Revisions
  • Satisfaction Guaranteed

At this point in the project, I had 8 concepts explained in a Word Document I shared with them on Google Drive and told them to surprise me with the rest. Two days after placing my order, my 12 concepts arrived. Eight of the concepts were fantastic and every design showed a clear understanding of my direction.

They allowed me several rounds of revisions with multiple concepts before narrowing down my choice to one. The breakthrough in the final design came when I stopped trying to coach them through it and told my contact to just let the artists come up with whatever they thought looked good.

What I loved about working with this company:

  • They understood English! This is a huge problem communicating with design companies in 3rd world countries. Team Graphika understood every comment and direction I gave them. There wasn't one revision that left me scratching my head.
  • Revisions were done quickly and there was no huge lull of in the design process.
  • Twelve well thought out concepts all created with original artwork for a really great price!
  • I love the final design. I could have gone with any number of the concepts they created for me and received something decent in the end.
  • I received a complete set of logo files when the project was completed. 

This was one of the best design experiences I've had. I made my order with Team Graphika with some reservation but concluded quite pleased with their discovery. These are the kinds of companies I hope to find more of so I can share them with my readers.
